Description

Ziggutrees is a binary puzzle inspired by Bram Cohen's Ziggurat puzzle. The puzzle has six rotating piece with an arrow. The object is to rotate all pieces from pointing north to pointing south. In that solved state, the "hill plus trees" can be slid out of the frame. In this Ziggu* puzzle, each piece has four states: 0 - 60 - 120 - 180 degrees rotation. The rotation of each piece is limited by the TWO pieces above, and  If both of those are pointing in one direction, one can rotate 1 <-> 2 and 3 <-> 4. If both are pointing in the other direction, one can rotate 2 <-> 3. The interaction between two adjacent pieces is "two-dimensional". I.e. their interaction is in a single plane, unlike e.g. the Ziggutwist pieces.
