This is the green d120 from the set of 5 permutation fair Go First Dice seen in this Numberphile video: https://youtu.be/5q32heFz1bs
This is currently the smallest LCM (Least Common Multiple, i.e. all the dice are the same size) set of 5 permutation fair dice known. It was found by Mike Purcell in December 2022.
