3D-printed aluminum doesn’t look like traditional, shiny, milled aluminum. Instead, it’s a bit grayer and more matte with a slightly rougher and less defined surface. Once printed, the support structures are removed manually and your part is then sandblasted. Some evidence of the support structures may still be visible after removal.
