Properties of Transparent resin - white

I’m looking for a translucent material that would work as diffusor. So it should pass light, but it should not allow seeing what is behind it. It should also have as neutral color as possible in the visible spectrum. I suspect my choices are pretty much either Transparent resin with sanded surfaces or white transparent resin … if the latter is sufficiently translucent. I don’t think I’ve seen an example of that.

The part in question is a replacement for old 1mm thick standard resin part from ■■■■■■■■■, which has become entirely too yellow. The color was yellowish from the beginning, which has caused enough problems in the past, so standard resin is out. As the sanding apparently would speed up the color change, I would prefer the white version if the properties are right.
