I’ve sent 2 emails thus far requesting for free or better shipping being a first time customer. I am looking to purchase 2 items I have found and made modifications to. Please inform me if this is possible.

The reply was sent to you a bit ago. We don’t work on weekends therefore messages are replied on Monday.
We do not offer first time customer discounts, however you may apply for the students/teachers discount here.

I am quite disappointed with the initial response via email and through general support chat. This company should consider supporting U.S. customer base and offer better shipping options as it’ll offer better pricing. I am in the process of looking for a local company to offer competitive pricing along with picking up items as shipping is off the table.

For the moment within the US only UPS and USPS is offered depending on the material.
