Hi Jeremy, I am a real fan of the Dune movie by David Lynch and Dune books from Frank Herbert & his son.
The gom jabbar from the David Lynch movie did not look as nice as yours , that was just a plane metallish thimble with pin, if I am not mistaken.
Looking forward to seeing the upcoming movie !
You certainly did not ‘tried and died’ as mother Mohian said in the 1984 movie
