Description
Soma Pipedream is an assembly puzzle with seven Soma Cube pieces shaped like hollow pipes. The object of the puzzle is to assemble the pieces into a cube, using the eight connectors to keep them together. The solved puzzle has a tubing topology similar to a two-eared coffee cup. One tube has a short dead end. This puzzle was quite hard to design. Thanks for the Burrtools design help by George Miller and Rick Eason, and of course the great Burrtools design tool by Andreas Roever. It can be mathematically proven that it is impossible to design this puzzle without dead ends. Can you find that proof?
