Think Bigger: We Are Increasing the Printing Size for Rubber-Like 3D Prints By 60% for 3 Weeks!
Now that’s a big one: We’ve noticed that our rubber-like material (also known as TPU 92A-1) is often demanded for large designs – and that’s why we decided to increase the printing size for a trial period of roughly 3 weeks (until March 9th)!
Simply upload your 3D file, choose our 3D printed rubber-like material, and place your order. You’ll notice that you can now order much bigger 3D prints. The printing volume increased by 60%, which means it grew from 320 x 270 x 300 mm to 650 x 320 x 200 mm! As usual, rubber-like comes in two colors (black and white) and is by far the most flexible material we offer here at i.materialise.
The temporarily increased printing volume is perfect for larger designs that need to be printed in a flexible material such as fashion pieces, shoes, or product designs. The example below shows one of these designs: this 3D printed modern armor in rubber-like material was used by the Royal Theater of Madrid.
The shoes shown below were created based on 3D scans and then 3D printed in our rubber-like material. That way, 3D modeler Frederik Bussels was able to produce shoes with the perfect fit.
Adrian Gögl, industrial designer from Switzerland, created a stunning spectacle tray in black rubber-like. His design is the perfect proof of how this material can be used for stunning interior design objects.

Keep in mind that we only offer the new printing volume of 650 x 320 x 200 mm until March 9th!
