Primary Focus of Position:
- Use the i.materialise social media platforms to interact with U.S. customers and grow the U.S. community
- Write blogs for the i.materialise website for the U.S. community
- Represent, market and build the i.materialise brand at events
- Develop Marketing/Communication strategies to increase engagement and interaction with the U.S. community
- Manage online feedback and criticism with an open mind
- Establish social media metrics to report on a monthly basis
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications or Journalism preferred
- Skilled user of social media tools – living online is your natural environment
- Ability to build a community, monitor discussions and follow-up trends within the community
- 2 – 3 years experience in a marketing or communications role utilizing social media ideal
- Superior written and verbal communication skills, both online and offline, required
- Outgoing – a strong networker who knows how to adapt in different environments
- Strong belief in the i.materialise vision
- Flexibility is a must – this is not a 9 to 5 position
And it helps if you are a bit unconventional, as our customers are as well. Talking to them is important, listening even more. Being passionate by design and making things is necessary.
This is a full time, exempt position in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment with competitive salary and benefits. Assistance for relocation or visa sponsorship is not available.
