Instructables Contest: Make it real-ly scary and win amazing prizes from i.materialise & Autodesk 123D
Halloween is coming! Join this real-ly scary Instructables contest and have a chance to win amazing prices such as a 3D printing voucher from i.materialise and an Autodesk 123D prize pack.This is a challenge to use 123D suite of apps or Tinkercad to make your scariest Halloween project into reality. Design a shaking coffin mechanism in 123D Design or Tinkercad, or even put your head on a spider body with 123D Catch and Mesh Mixer! Anything goes, just use any of the 123D apps as a part of your Halloween project.
HOW TO ENTER
Create a new step by step, photo, or video instructable that fits the guidelines outlined on this page. Upon publishing your instructable you’ll see checkboxes for open contests. Select Make it Real-ly Scary with 123D and Tinkercad Contest. If you have entries currently eligible for entry, it will also show up by clicking ‘Enter this Contest’ on the right side of the page. Entries are accepted by Instructables staff within one business day Monday – Friday. What matters is the submission time, not acceptance time.
WHEN
Instructables must be published between Oct 7, 2013 and Nov 4, 2013 (11:59pm PT) to be eligible.
- Instructables members can vote for an entry during the contest plus 3 days after the contest closes.
- A panel of judges made up of Instructables staff and respected members of the community rate the finalists. The averages of the ratings determine the winners.
For this challenge, we will have 1 big ‘grand prize’ winner, 3 first prize winners and 6 runner ups.
The Grand Prize winner will receive:
- a Zebra Imaging holographic 24×34 print, color, with frame and light
- a voucher for $100 in i.materialise 3D print credit
- a 123D prize pack including a 123D t-shirt and 2 year Premium Membership
- and an Instructables prize pack including a robot t-shirt.
Three First Prize winners will receive:
- One Zebra imaging holographic 8×10 print, color, with frame and light
- a voucher for $50 in i.materialise 3D print credit
- a 123D prize pack including a 123D t-shirt and 1 year Premium Membership
- and an Instructables prize pack including a robot t-shirt.
- a coupon code for 20% off an i.materialise 3D print
- a 123D prize pack including a t-shirt and 1 Month Premium Membership
- and an Instructables prize pack including a robot t-shirt.
