Description

Boney Cube is bascially a regular 3x3x3 Rubik's Cube. However, the parts are not held together by a core, but by a groove and rails system, similar to Hollow Cube. A boney structure was created with the nTolopogy Element software. The boney structure make the pieces light and strong at the same time. The puzzle is a color puzzle. There are nine colors with three cubies per color. The object of the puzzle is to scramble the puzzle like a Rubik's Cube and then try to get it back having nine different colors at each face and layer. The puzzle challenge is identical to Mefferts Sudoku Ball Cube, so it can be considered a shapemod of that puzzle.
