Description
This is a model of the Western Australian Government Railways ZBA guard's van. The five ZBA Guard's Vans were converted in the 1950's from BA horse boxes, and were in service until the 1970's.
The model is in two sections. One side is removable to allow access to the interior. Many details, including the running boards (steps), brake hoses, brake cylinders and chimney, are included as part of the 3D print.
The photo shows the painted model, with the addition of couplers, bogies and wire truss rods. Handrails have yet to be added, to complete the model.

Marbelup Models
Marbelup Models offers a range of models based on narrow gauge locomotives and rolling stock of the Western Australian Government Railways (WAGR). The models are in Sn3½ scale which is 1:64 scale, running on 16.5 mm gauge track to correctly represent the narrow gauge look of the prototype which is 1067 mm (3ft 6in) gauge. Please note that because the Prime Gray material is quite new, the long term durability and stability of models made from it are not known. These models will not be available for sale through the i.Materialise Shop, but they are available for sale direct from Marbelup Models.
