We designed a plastic adaptor and had it printed in black Polyamide (SLS).
Onto the surface an adhesive foil shall be applied. However, due to the surface structure
the sticker will not touch the part’s surface full-faced. Therefore moisture will get between
the sticker and the part.
Is there any way to order the part with a good smooth surface (polished, painted)?

Thank you for contacting us. Indeed, if you want a smoother surface, it is better to order your item ‘polished’.
To polish models, we use a mechanical smoothing process. Your model is put into a tumbler with pebbles that smooth your model while the tumbler vibrates at a high frequency.
