I want to print a watch case in high detail ss but am wondering if it is possible to achieve a mirror polish on the finished product…

The smoothest finish for High-Detail Stainless Steel would be the gloss option: https://i.materialise.com/en/3d-printing-materials/high-detail-stainless-steel/colors-finishes
