I have tried numerous times to get in contact with someone to clarify some things on my most recent orders but, no one has been in contact yet. I used to have an account manager but they seem to no longer be working. I have been using your company for many years and it is quite frustrating trying to connect with someone when needed, as the online form submission goes unanswered or there are problems with entering in the order number to even submit. Please get back with me as soon as possible, thank you.

Which online form were you using, the one from helpjuice/helpcenter or the website one?
I assume it is the website one as you need to enter your order number there. The order number starts with IMC in capitals.
