3D printing failed due to dimensions

I have uploaded a design file for printing , knowing it has no dimensions , I used the online scaling feature to set dimensions , yet my order later was rejected due to wall thickness , I currently don’t know how to fix that and get it through the order

Unfortunately, we cannot accept model if its walls are not thick enough and there is a risk that model might break during printing. The minimum printable wall thickness primarily depends on the material you choose. Minimum wall thickness requirements are indicated on each materials page.

You can redesign or modify the design and order it again. If it is not an option for you to change your design by yourself, you can hire a professional 3D designer. You can find a list of 3D designers, their hourly fees, and their work on our 3D modeling platform: https://i.materialise.com/en/hire-a-3d-designer/search
