LEGO®-compatible helical gears large set

Description

This set comprises a total of 96 LEGO TECHNIC®-compatible helical gears:

• 16 left-handed 16-teeth gears (diameter of two bricks)
• 16 right-handed 16-teeth gears (diameter of two bricks)
• 32 left-handed 8-teeth gears (diameter of one brick)
• 32 right-handed 8-teeth gears (diameter of one brick)

Helical gears can either mesh with parallel axles (gears with opposed helices) or perpendicular axles (same helix).

NOTE: The video showcases revision 1 of the gears. The gears here are revision 2 and work even better!

WARNING! There may be excess polyamide powder sticking to the gears. You will have to clean it with a *dry* brush. Because of that, there can be white spots where the dye didn't stick on some of the gears.

The gears have to wear a bit before they can mesh really smoothly. You will have to help them rotate together by hand at first, in both directions.
