I never got my order nor a confirmation via email through my order. It has almost been a month and I am disappointed with the lack of communication this website has towards their customers. May I please have any course of contact to who has my item.

Hello Leonardo, I suppose you’re talking about the order with reference IMC173979. If so, this order was paid for on April 14th, which is a bit over 2 weeks. The same day (April 14th) we have sent you an on hold mail to let you know that the order couldn’t be handled because some details were not attached good enough to your main model. On April 23, we have sent a reminder because we didn’t get any reply on our first mail. So please check your mails and spam mails and find below the above mentioned issues. Kind regards Lizy
