I want to print a model in multicolor but in the picture the website generates some parts are just black what could be the mistake

it is the viewer having some troubles displaying your file correctly.
Our software is having no problems with your model :
So you can order it, it will have the right colors.
there are however some very tiny and thin models … those will not be printable.
