Wall Thickness Issue or Not

I have CAD files for an engagement ring and wedding band that show thin areas on the wall thickness analysis. So, I contacted one of the designers from the list on the site and had him check my files to make any needed fixes. However, after he looked at them he said he didn’t see any issues and that I should have someone from the company check them for printability because it could just be an analysis error.

However, I’m not finding a way to contact anyone about sending the files for a printability check. There is a contact form that is only for existing orders or offline price requests and requires order numbers for both. Is there a way to have the files checked before ordering? I’m planning on printing in 14K white gold.
