I am looking for the right material. I have a design for a Display cover which needs to be transparant.
The cover will be installed in a car, so it needs to be kind of UV-resistant.
I was thinking about to let it print with resin but I am not sure how the transparancy wil turn out.
Can anyone suggest me a material to go for ?

Hi Stephen,
The only transparent material we offer is Transparent Resin: https://i.materialise.com/en/3d-printing-materials/transparent-resin
As you can see from the photos, it offers a good degree of transparency. However, since it is created using Stereolithography, the finished model will be sensitive to UV light. We treat all finished models with a layer of varnish that will slow down, but not completely halt, the discoloration process. I hope this helps!
