I placed an order on November 19th that was supposed to be shipped on Dec 4th. The week before the estimated shipping date I received an email asking me if it was ok if some detail didn’t show and I agreed to proceed anyway. It’s Dec 8th, order still haven’t been shipped, I have no idea why, I tried to contact customer service but no one could tell me a valid reason for the delay or when it will be shipped.I used to purchase from another website and I think this was my first and last time purchasing here. Waiting times are the longest, communication is slow and inefficient… I read other reviews and apparently these kind of situation happen very often. I needed my order for next week for a client, if it shipped this week I would have been on time, at this point I’m losing my hopes. Very VERY disappointed.
Still haven't shipped my order

We are sorry to hear about your disappointment on our service. As you know in the beginning of the order there were detail problems with the rings you ordered. We contacted you asap on this & we passed on your ok to our production dept. Where the rings are made. Due to this communication the delivery does require some extra days. I checked with our production & the rings will be ready to send our beginning of next week. Again, we thank you for your patience & aplogize for any inconvenience.

It already Tuesday and still no reply, no news, no shipping confirmation. And please don’t tell me it’s my fault because of the problem with the details, you should have already printed my rings by the time you contacted me. You contacted me 2 days there was a weekend in between!) before it was supposed to be shipped. “Beginning of the week” for me is not wednesday day, thursday or friday. If there was a problem you should have contacted me right away like yours competitors do, not when the order was due. It’s not that I ordered an airplane, just 2 simple rings. Very unprofessional and urespectful for your clients. Now I ask again: when my order will be shipped FOR REAL?
