Single Image limitation - seeking advice

Greetings!

I am new to the forum and works of 3D modelling/printing.

I have found a future project I wish to work towards.

It involves quite a few surfaces as it is a conceptual image of an automobile.

The limitation I face is I only have the one 3/4 frontal view of this image. Is it sufficient to create a 3D model from it and subsequently a 3D printed scale model?

Any help in this regard is greatly appreciated.
