Shop product API endpoint

Hi there,

Do you have any endpoints available in the API to manipulate shop items?

E.g. an endpoint to upload pictures or descriptions?

I do not see any entries in the API documentation that refer to shop management.

Hi Carlos,

We don’t have an API for shops. Mainly because we position shops as a standard solution for selling designs on i.materialise, while the API is meant for custom integrations with our platform.

Hi Carlos,

No, not really. You should also know that it’s possible to add a model to your shop only after 3D printing it at i.materialise first.

Have you considered setting up your shop on a platform like Shopify or Squarespace and then connecting to our API for file exporting and ordering?

In this case you’d have much more flexibility in setting up your shop, better showcase of your brand, as well as receive payments directly from customers, rather than waiting for receiving your fee from the hosting platform.
