Rubber-like (MJF)

Hi,
Are there different rubber-like materials with different elasticity ? I am looking for something that would mimic a silicon mold.

The project is to 3D print a mold of the upper half part of a digital model of a boomerang (to make ice boomerang in the freezer. the end result ice boomerang will be around 30cm wide x 1cm thick).
I was initially thinking to 3D print the boomerang, then manually mold it with silicon, but since there is a rubberlike material, I may as well directly print the mold itself ?
The only thing is that the printed mold should remain soft enough to be bend to unmold my ice boomerangs easily.
Any thoughts on the rubber-like material for this purpose ?
Thanks and kind regards

Hello,

Thanks for reaching out to us here.

We do actually offer a rubber-like material that has shore A88 hardness. It is not as elastic as silicone but could be of assistance for your project. Just try having wall thickness of your model at minimum advised (1mm) for proper bending.

Once you have the 3D design ready, feel free to upload it directly to the website to get the price to 3D print it.
