How small can make hole for good resistance fit w/o breaking Alumide???

There is no unique answer to your question unfortunately, since it depends on a model’s geometry, size, etc. and the intentional use of a part. However, for the hole to be printed out clearly, please make sure its dia is at least 1mm, but the deeper the orifice is the bigger the dia of the hole should be.

Also, the thickness of the area around the hole should by abided by the minimal wall thickness we advise - 1mm.
