Received wrong contents

Hi,

My order IMC110722 arrived today and the delivery note states the correct items. But the package contains two very different items and not what I have ordered. Seems you switched packages during shipment. How do I receive my items?

Is this the right channel to contact you about a wrong delivery? I could also write a mail to payments@materialise.com which is what paypal suggests. Or should I use both channels?

I have sent you the photos this morning.

But this noon another parcel arrived via UPS, it has the same delivery note and this time the contents are correct. This means I have now received my order.

Could you please advise what I should do with the wrong items?
