Problems uploading images to my shop

I tried to scale my photos with Paint, even smaller than the maximum allowed, but I absolutely can’t load them … why ???

I don’t know how but the next day I managed to upload the photos correctly … I don’t know what the problem was anyway now everything works! Thank you
