Payment options through an institute

Hello,

I want to order some designs for my research lab in Czech Republic. Are there any other payment options outside direct online credit card & paypal? (ie. pay on purchase order, with proforma invoice or pay upon delivery) Because my orders need to go through my institute, and they will not refund an invoice after credit card payment. What can we do about this?
