I made the analysis on my model.
The “Overlapping triangles detected” is shown on i.materialise only.
Testing the model with “netfab basic” and “microsoft mesh repair” doesn’t show any mesh errors.
Is there another free tool to check & repair these overlapping triangles?
Or is there an issue/bug in the i.materialise check?

I tried minimagics,- it tells, everything is ok,- no repair necessary (green thump up).
Is this tool able to show “overlapping triangles” at all?
Did i miss some analysis options in this tool?

I’m not an expert in minimagics.
I justed wanted to let you know that overlapping triangles are not an issue for printing a model.
The software we built will fix that before printing.
There is a chance that overlapping triangles might give incorrect results in the wallthickness analysis.
That is why we show those.
So no worries to order the model.
That the order softwares are not showing errors is because they are not checking / not able to check on overlapping triangles.
