I placed an order on 8th of July. I uploaded two models, the order and payment were successful.
However, I never received a confirmation e-mail of this order. I checked the order status through my account and there’s no record of any order…luckily I printed the page of confirmation from the browser, otherwise I would not have any details from this order.
I would like to know if there’s any problem with the models or with the order.
