Hello- i got a note that the order is cancelled due to thickness problems.
i need to know where the problem is ???
i have printed the exact same file for gold casting with no problem so I need to understand the exact places with the problem
please reply ASAP

i think you have a problem with your software. none of the thickness is 0.3, not even close.
i have already printed this in wax and casting in silver as test…
please check again.
