Hello,
when I upload a STP-214 file, there is currently no model preview available. I tried it in Firerfox and Chrome, Win10. It works, though when I review the parts of former order.
What can I do?

It can happen if your model is too “heavy” for our software to process it on the fly, e.g. because of a large number of triangles. It could also be a temporary issue. Please try uploading your model once again.
Normally, we receive all the information even if preview is not available. However, you can send us your file at contact@i.materialise.com and we will check it, upload it, and then send you a link to it.
