Importing model for multicolor + printing, one object appear black

hi all i’m trying to import my model with 3 maps same size same extension
two map load well the third wich is body and face appear black in the online simulator

what can i do ?

Hello,

You should use a zip archive with the obj+mtl+image files to upload the model with textures. Also please check your export settings and the 3D file format used. Make sure the path to images is correct in your .mtp map file.

However, some file formats are able to include colors or textures in the file (e.g. 3MF, colored STL, PLY, VRML, SKP, X3D, and Collada).
