I would like to cancel order# IMC199705

I emailed customer support right after the payment was processed due to missing information in the order. About 10 minutes later I get an email saying “Order is being printed”.
I need help with canceling the order so I can reorder with the correct specifications. Is the status update an automatic procedure?

Hello Furat,

i.materialise is an online 3D printing service and a lot of what is happening is indeed automatically. Your order didn’t show any small details, too thin walls or connected models and all your models were good to print. In such cases the order is automatically and almost immediately after being received sent to our production.

I will check immediately with our production to see, if I still can cancel and refund the order and let you know as soon as I have their confirmation.
