How exactly do I get a price request #? I’ve uploaded the 3D model and gotten a price. I added it to my cart but when I check my price request, nothing comes up.
Also, is there a way to get a quote for my desired purchase? I’m working at a national lab so purchases must be made through the lab account

If you uploaded the model and got a price then you don’t need to make an offline price request since your model was processed automatically, showed no errors and the price was shown real-time. You may just proceed placing the order.
However, if you got an option to ‘request price’ after the model uploaded and was not quoted, you just need to proceed with the request and then confirm it by email (confirmation email is sent to you automatically).
