Your listing says brass prints ship in 10 days yet when I go to place an order, the ship estimate is almost a month. Which is correct?
How long does an order take to ship?
Did you (intend to) order in plain or plated ? The latter probably adds extra time for post-processing. Also they count business days, and I believe there is at least their armistice day bank holiday coming up.

You’re absolutely right!
The estimated shipping date is based on the standard lead time in business days for the selected material and surface finish.
I can add that if an order contains items for printing in materials with different production time, the shipping date will be based on the longest of them.
