Hi i.materiase team,
I’m about to order one model in aluminum, for a DIY project.
As you can check on my jpg file upload
there is a hole that is taper 1:20.
I can send more images or the stl file if you want in a mail of yours
The whole part is small enough. just 5.54mm thick.
Is it possible to know if it’s going to work?
The tapered hole is very important for me to be exact in that dimensions.

Hi Jim, if you could send me the file, I can ask our production engineers if they can give a guarantee that the hole will be exactly what you want it to be. You can email the file to contact@i.materialise.com or immediately order the model and put the request in the remarks of your order. As we are an online platform an order is always quicker handled than an open request. if it’s possible the file will immediately be printed and if not, you will be refunded. Kind regards Lizy
