Email Problem. Updated Model cannot be sent

Hi,
I’m Antonietta and I’m having problems to send you an email regarding the Updated model of the order. I sent you several different emails, with the model, without the model and through the form in the order page. I’m pretty sure that you didn’t received them because today one of your colleague sent me an email demanding about it.
In this way my order cannot be printed, of course, so how can I do to send you the 3D model revised?

I’m sorry to read that you are having problems. I suggest that you sent a mail to contact@i.materialise.com with your 3D-file (we-transfer) . We can have a look at your model and can see/tell you if it’s printable.
Please try it and let us know if it works.

There are some other ways to send you the updated file?
What happen if I remove the order and attach the new file?
I already paid for this one, there is the opportunity to take money back and pay again?

Same problem with me, had to correct two files from a 7 files order. I’ve worked deep into night to get them fixed asap and got my husband mad at me because of the clicking (he decided to get me a silent mouse for Christmas this year). But neither of my mails send directly from my home email account seems to arrive at I.materialise. Only those sent using the contact form on the site itself. I get an answer to my normal email account, answer it as requested but this answer doesn’t seem to arrive anywhere. Regrettably one cannot attach the corrected files to the contact form directly. If I cancel my whole order and reorder I will have to wait for the refund to arrive before I can reorder it again. What else can be done?
