Customer Support issues?

Have an order on Hold. Linked + uploaded new edited / corrected version. Have questions. Customer support doesn’t seem to be happening. Tried ringing too, nothing. ???

Thanks Ivan / Someone did get in touch. Had no correspondence that went to Spam or Trash. Appreciate it may have been a National Holiday over there
