Changing the shop URL

Hello

I just opened a shop and am looking around in the settings, no problem there, all pretty straight forward.
But there is one thing I can not figure out, that is changing the URL of the shop.
When you open your shop the URL is automatically generated by I materialise.
But now I want to change it to an URL of my own choice.
I know I can change it only one time, but how and where??

Did you check the page https://i.materialise.com/en/profile/shop-settings at the bottom ?

Yes i did , and looks like this.

Current URL /en/shop/designer/current shop name
WARNING: you can change your i.materialise URL only once.

I never changed my name so far , so i would like to do it now.
Still cant figure out how , no button , nothing.
Should i try another browser , or am i missing something ?

Thanks for your time , that’s not what i see.
The part with new URL is missing for me , wrong browser ?? , i tried both crhrome and firefox.

Hi Eef,

Since your i.materialise URL can be changed only once, the URL editing field is removed after the URL is changed.
Looks like you’ve changed your URL once in the past and it’s not possible to edit it anymore.

Ok pitty there can’t be done anything about it.
Still pretty sure i never changed it , it was generated by I materialise and that’s it.
But what about Wim’s offer to change it ?

Wim’s out of the office currently. Maybe he’ll be able to look into it once he returns and change it manually in the system, but I’m not sure about it.
