Changing delivery address

Hi there,
I have a question about the shipment of my order.
My order was supposed to arrive tomorrow but, for some reasons that I don’t know, it has not already been shiped.

Because of Christmas vacation I’m leaving my accommodation, is it possible to change the delivery address with another one in the same city?

The order left our facilities with the tracking nr: |snip|tracking number hidden |snip|

You may contact UPS to make extra arrangements and expect arrival on Wednesday, the 27th.
