Can't seem to get the STL file working here

Hello,

can someone from Customer Support check my uploaded STL file with the name “D37 sculpt”? The scale would be 1000% in your web app.
I used boolean with a low poly Mesh in Blender to create the thickness. When i import the STL file in Blender it looks fine with the hollowed part. But it doesn’t show in your app. I would like to lessen the cost.

Is it because of Blender 2.82a?

Please indicate somehow that this file is for checking.
