I can’t get in touch with your support team, the way the contact form works is very confusing.
Anyways, hopefully I can get an answer to my question here in a timely manner.
I have a design that I like to print in color with transparent option. Is that something you can do? I know that Multi Color Jet a.k.a MultiColor+ can utilize a transparent material.

Sorry that our contact form turned out to be a bit confusing for you.
It’s not possible produce transparent features with our Multicolor+ material. You can find out more about in the design guide.
I have never experienced the contact form as ‘very confusing’. It’s just to fill out email, name and so on, choose one of the questions, or whichever of them if one have a general question. But I would say it could be ok with some more questions to choose from, at least a ‘General topic’.
