i.materialise is an online platform and constructed in a way that you can do almost everything by yourself. If it’s your first project with us, I can imagine that somethings might look difficult, but everything is quiet well explained on our website. The most important thing you have to take in consideration is that a hollow steel part can’t be gold-plated. So, the model must be solid.
If you really don’t succeed in checking the file, you can send a mail to this email contact @ i. materialise. com (without the spaces) with the file in attachment. If it is too large, you can use a third-party service such as WeTransfer to send us your file.
