Brass sprues (NOT spuce!)

Hi-
I have need for multiple tiny parts in unfinished brass. The most efficient way for me AND you is for me to put these little parts on one sprue (or “tree”). It really is one part then… you handle it once, I do all the work to separate the little pieces. And the part is clearly easy to cast with the investment process.

However, your competitor in the USA refuses such designs… I believe because they want to charge the minimum for each part, even though each part is tiny.

Question: Will iMaterialise accept such parts for untreated brass castings?

The example picture shows such a part, about 25mm in the long dimension; the radial arms are about 3mm diameter.

Hello,

I have checked your design but due to the technology limitations we can not accept such models for printing in Brass.
Connected models are possible in SLS (Polyamide and Alumide) 3D printing technology.
Sprued Parts only applicable for polyamide (SLS), polyamide (MJF), alumide, mammoth resin, transparent resin and gray resin.

Best regards,
Anna
