Black friday promo code not working

The blog advertises free shipping for all orders between black friday and tomorrow, but all I get is “Promo code is outdated”. Aren’t you a few days early for “trick or treat” :disappointed:?

The code is only valid from November 23…

I removed the blog as is was indeed too soon.
But now you know you will have free shipment as of the 23th of November till the 25th.

Hehe. That’s what you get from importing strange customs from overseas. Thanks for the heads up, I’ll see what other weird stuff I can come up with by then. (Yesterday’s order should arrive before that date - fingers crossed that I really managed to adapt my workflow to your site software)

Just tried the code BlackFriday2018 and still being charged for shipping - any reason why?
Am I doing something wrong?

Do you see this message after applying the code ?
“This promo code entitles you to free shipment of the cheapest transport service. Please select the cheapest service or remove the promo code for later use.”

if not, can you tell me what you see and which shipment option you have chosen ?

I just retried it to show you but this time it worked.
Perhaps I did something different this time that I’m not aware of.
