Alumide finishing

is alumide polished by default or is polishing not available?
most other printing services offer polishing but i can’t find anything mentioning polishing or sandblasting

also what is the default layer thickness used for alumide?

Dear Sir,

Thank you for your interest in i.materialise!
We do not have polishing as finishing in Alumide, this will take away the “metallic look” which is typical for this material.
If you would like a polished finish, it is maybe better to order the PA material as alternative. The layer thickness for Alumide is 0,12mm.
