Achievable tolerances

Hello,

I like to know more about what tolerances that can be achieved when using 3D printing.
I am working on a small coupling type device, that likely will be made of a plastic (like POM or equal).
The rough dimensions are Round 6 mm and Long 25 mm. This cylinder has several cut-outs that result in a remaining rim of 0.7 mm thickness. The tolerance of this rim shall be +/- 0.05 mm. Can this be achieved?
