Hi, As much as i like your service a lot.. your prices somehow are not competing with shapeways.com - while you're in this business longer time and with huge facilities yet your prices based on models i tested are 100-300% higher then shapeways . I really wish this unique market will be with comeptitve prices not just for pro designers but for the average surfer/3d designer. Best rgds, Asher N

Dear Asher, It is indeed a unique market. We are in 3d printing business since 1990. Only recently we started opening up our know-how and printing capacity to the 'designers after work' and notice that this unique market is different of our traditional way of doing business of producing high quality parts with short lead times and a wide range of finishing degrees. Lowering the transport costs to a more cost-effective service type was one of the actions we took to address the need of the customers. Concerning the prices : We have a different pricing structure, resulting relative higher prices for small parts. For these cases you easily reach the percentages mentioned above. But you will find models where the story is different. They do a hell of a good job in exposing the possibilities of 3d printing and firing up the creativity of the designers-at-home, something for which we are very grateful because in the long run, it will increase the demand for print-jobs, something we can address with our large printing capacity.
